Return and Refund Policy

Natural items are non-returnable. You have 14 days to return a product.

Non-returnable products

Natural trees, flocked natural trees, wreaths, branches and Christmas roses

Due to their perishable nature, natural Christmas trees, flocked natural Christmas trees, wreaths, branches, and Christmas roses cannot be returned. This exception is in accordance with Article VI.53, 4° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, which excludes the right of withdrawal for products susceptible to rapid deterioration.

Returnable products

Return period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return eligible items (decorations, accessories, supports).

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• In their original packaging
• In perfect condition
• Not used
• Not damaged
• Comes with all accessories and instructions

Return procedure

1. Contact our customer service

Before any return, please contact us by email at info@sapinbelge.be , specifying:

• Your order number
• The articles concerned
• The reason for return
• Photos of the items if necessary

2. Return Authorization

Our customer service will send you a return authorization with:

• The return address
• Packaging instructions
• A return number to mention

3. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

Refund

Refund period

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 15 working days to the initial payment method.

Amount refunded

The reimbursement includes:

• The price of returned items
  
• The initial delivery costs (see Code of Economic Law VI.50 §1)
• Exclusion: Return costs remain your responsibility

Defective or non-compliant items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@sapinbelge.be
2. Attach photos of the item
3. We will arrange free collection and replacement or refund

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

1. Return the item as per normal procedure
2. Place a new order for the desired item
