Delivery Policies


1. Delivery Zone

Delivery exclusively to Belgium, ensuring freshness and quality.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time based on customer location

All destinations: 2 to 5 working days

  • Delivery begins the third week of November. When you confirm your order, you will be presented with a delivery schedule specific to your address so you can choose the ideal date.

    Delivery times by region :

    • Brussels and surrounding areas : Every day, Monday to Sunday.
    • Wallonia : Every Monday and Wednesday.
    • Flanders : Every Tuesday and Thursday.

3. Delivery Charges

 Depends on the size of the tree

    4. Carriers and Tracking

    All our trees are shipped by our exclusive carrier SKR Group with tracking.

    Decorative packages are shipped by Bpost and/or Point Relais.
